Is it hard to install?
Not at all. The Boost Speed Next is completely plug-and-play. It connects inline between your factory accelerator pedal plug and the throttle sensor. No tools required, no wiring, no cutting. Most customers have it installed in under 10 minutes. We include a step-by-step video guide.
Will it void my vehicle warranty?
No. The Boost Speed Next does not modify your ECU, engine, or any permanent vehicle components. It simply adjusts the throttle position signal. It is completely reversible. Unplug it and your vehicle returns to 100% factory spec.
What's the difference between all 14 modes?
The 14 steps range from Mild (smooth, relaxed throttle for everyday driving) through to Wild (maximum throttle response for spirited driving). You also get specialty modes: Winch Mode for controlled off-road crawling, Anti-Slip for wet or gravel conditions, and Ramble Idle for a deeper exhaust burble at idle.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. The Boost Speed Next comes with a free mobile app for both iOS and Android. You can switch modes, adjust sensitivity, and manage settings directly from your phone. You also get a physical dash-mounted controller included.
How does it compare to the EVC / EVC-X?
The Boost Speed Next offers 14 response levels (vs 9 on the EVC and EVC-X), includes a mobile app, plus exclusive Winch Mode and Ramble Idle, features not available on the EVC or EVC-X.
